The Infrastructure Group collates and generates all the information relevant to crafting a short, medium and long-term campus development plan; develops and manages the University’s capital construction program and implementation plan; tracks all campus plan development targets until these are in to the University’s capital construction program; and monitors and evaluates all major construction projects until these are completed and turned over to the University.

The Maintenance and Security Services Group is responsible for the maintenance/repair, janitorial as well as security services. The group is divided in to three subgroups namely:

Building Maintenance subgroup – Responsible for the general maintenance of building facilities. They provide electrical, mechanical, and plumbing corrective and preventive maintenance services.

The Business Concessions Group is responsible for the rental and leasing services, proposes and implements policies, guidelines and regulations on rentals and leasing, and ensures and maintains the quality of UPOU facilities.
