The Academic Residences (AR) is intended to accommodate guests who are on official business related to UP systems activities or academic reasons. It is also designed to provide living quarters for UPOU employees interested in renting a room for a long-term lease. The AR is also open to accommodating community needs provided that the purpose for stay is on an official business connected to the institution nearby.
The Academic Residences Cafeteria (AR Cafeteria) is a tiled air-conditioned room that is best used for a catered dining or a venue for socialization of not more than 60 guests. It can alternatively be used as a meeting room.
The Centennial Center for Digital Learning (CCDL) Auditorium is a wide air-conditioned room that has plenty of power and space to make sure that your 120 to 200 event participants would have the comfort to spare. A go-to if you’re thinking about setting a large conference, seminars, and other special and family events.
The Sandbox is best if you’re looking for function and form to accommodate a more intimate gathering. It’s a smaller air-conditioned room that makes sure that your attendees would be hard to miss, while also providing them the comfort that they need to socialize. It’s the optimal option for compact meetings, live streams, and podcasts with a solid list of guests and participants.
Space is also a necessity. The Oblation Hall is a tiled air-conditioned room that’s best used for closer round-table meetings, conferences, and podcasts with a wider range of guests and participants, among others. Your up to 100 guests are sure to settle in.
The Audio-Visual Room is a carpeted and air-conditioned room that’s fit for more up-close and personal meetings. The best choice if you want to set an event where keeping the attention of 100 to 150 participants would be your top priority.
The Multi-Purpose Hall is a spacious venue built for recreation and community activities. It serves as the setting for university anniversary celebrations, student–staff sports matches, and other gatherings that strengthen camaraderie. Best used for large-scale events, it provides ample space and flexibility to bring people together.
